    Good afternoon all,
Was looking at a couple of Audi A5s on autotrader uk so decided to use the VRT calculator.

One 3.0TDI A5 quattro 08 reg car thats costs 25k sterling and the calculator puts the vrt @ 11,263 Euro

It also has the C02 emissions as 191 whereas autotrader says the same car is 173!

Is it calculated on a combination of emissions & current retail price?

Seems an awful amount extra to pay..what do you think!

    Thanks,
    westlander

To be honest, ive not seen an A5 in the uk that can compete on price with Irish ones at the minute.
I dont think the 3.0 has emmisions as good as 173 either, certainly an early one such as 08.
