    A bit blurry but what you're seeing is a blue hippy van getting done by a bike Garda for being parked in the bike-only area.

    It's obviously Patrick Street, Cork, look at the street light standards. I think it's a fantastic idea to have bike only parking in the city centres. The only cars to park in Patrick Street should be Taxi's imo, it should be a bike park only street.
