    Hi all,

I've left the form at home and I'm at my college house for the week, Wondering can you help me out, I need to know what medical/eye tests need to be done for this permit and where can I get them done?

I've got no medical isses etc so just the normal mandatory checks, as far as I know it's only eye sight, where can I get this checked? Do I need to bring an official form or anything with me or will it be supplied?

    Thank you!

Just go into Specsavers and ask them to give you an eye-test that is needed to apply for a provisional licence... But getting a proper eye-test and then asking at the end is cheaper ( ;) )
