Can anyone tell me if you can go to the US on a J1 on more than one occasion? My friend's daughter is going on a J1 this year but would like to do so also next year. Can you go successive years? Thanks.

As long as you are still in college or have recently graduated and meet all eligibility requirements, you can go as many times as you like. I have been on two summer J-1s and am currently on my second 1 year J-1.
