i got this dvd the other day and think its very useful for any stalkers or people starting to stalk its filmed in hd so its a good picture to
it covers everything you should no about hunting deer from shooting it to eating it
in my own opinion if your going to spend your money on a rifle and all the gear this dvd is worth having to get them best from what your doing

the dvd starts off on safety and shows you different type of tools you can use like a winch or sleigh it then shows a few kills
it then goes in to detail how to grolach a deer how to easily remove the head and legs
it then shows you how to examine the carcus for disease and then shows a deer with tb
its fowl to look at but very interesting as you will know for sure what to look out for from now on

after this they go to an Abattoir where your shown how to skin a deer properly
then it goes on to show you how to break down the carcus including boning it for the freezer it shows some good tricks for cutting across joints easily
theres then a small scene on how to make venison goulash looks tasty il have to try it the weekend

and then before the dvd finishes it shows you how to prepare a trophy head from start to finish it shows how to skin it and clean it and what chemicals to use
the trophy head they use for this is a stunner to

if anyone is looking for the dvd ive his email address if ya want to contact him just send me a pm as i dont think im allowed to put it on here
i think its for sale in most gun shops like scully in athlone and paul haloran in drangan
he also had another dvd a while back about shooting fallow in ireland i remember someone else on here going on about it been a good dvd

    Ya I did.
I enjoyed it. And found the butchering side of it very good. And as with the first one I am trying the new methods and they work well even to an amatur like me.
The DVD quality is much better than the first and if you take it as a part 2 it makes good sence and follows on from where he left off the last time
