cannot play utube or open my e mail

    i must have deleted the programme or whatever that enable my computer to play utube videos and open my email, what am i missing or have i deleted spmething like a java

    flash player is required for youtube, dont know about your email,not enough info - http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/

    it is telling me to enable java script, i have tried everything, like going into tools, advanced and all that malarky and nothing is happening

    what web browser are you using?? and im assuming your email i gmail?
