    Hey guys,
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Here it goes.

None of the storage heaters in our place seem to be working. We just moved in and the place is freezing all day! Here is the low down.

We have four Creda storage heaters about the flat but they are all the same with the same issue.

Living room..This has an added fan heater that works instantly but no storage. It has 2 mains switches to the left of the wall.I have turned on the one for storage and set input to 5 and output to 2.Over the past few nights nothing has happened.we are on the nightsaver rate and have no devireg on the fusebox. When night storage is due to be on,there is quite a loud buzz from the fusebox where the devireg is supposed to be.
Also in the living we have a "room temperature control" device on one of the walls with an on/off dial/switch and a heat dial.

Also in the hall we have another one of these but is a "master temperature control" but has no on/off dial/switch

I am confounded and can't seem to get it working. The letting agent came over and said it worked before and set it up the same way I would but still no luck.

Anyone have any tips,I've checked the fuses and all are good.

    Thanks
    Steve

Set both thermostats up as high as they go and the switches to on. make sure you have the correct switch turned on beside the heater. if unsure turn on both and turn on the fan heater and find the switch which controls the fan heater other one will be storage. the buzzing noise in the fuseboard is probably the contactor for the storage heating. if there is no devireg and you have no luck with the above ideas could be a faulty contactor possibly. if unsure get a spark to take a look
