Hey guys I purchased a acer monitor from pixmania yesterday. Today I got a email from them saying that I need to call them up and " carry out some checks concerning the information you provided when placing your order." Did anybody else have to do this before? Do they require you to send of a copy of a passport/ bill?…

You'll have to ring them to find out what they want. It can vary, and could be as simple as getting you to make the call, or they could want to verify your address and identity as the card holder.
