Cracks on walls and floor

    Hi,
    In the last few years I have been noticing a few cracks on the walls, mostly where the windows are and a few on the floor.
    The house is a new bungalow, I have bought it 8 years ago. I'd like to get the cracks checked by a specialist as I have a 10 years structural guaranty on the house.
    Does anyone knows who to contact? I live in Co. Galway

    A structural engineer will be your best bet. Dont know anyone in Galway myself but someone else may be able to PM you a recommendation.

    Alternatively Golden Pages could be your friend ;)

    Thanks muffler, if nobodyelse replies with reccomandations, i'll try the golden pages.
    How bad are the cracks under the windowsills? I often see them in other people houses
