Foundations generally need to be a couple of hundred mm into the ground in order to get sufficient bearing capacity from the soil and keep below the frost line; wheras the dpc needs to be at the finished floor level of your shed to prevent rising damp.

You should consult a structural engineer on this, as although you may consider it only a shed, foundations need to be designed by a competent person.

Cheapest way is to clear the vegetation own to a reasonably solid surface, fill with stone to required level leaving room for about a 6" concrete slab with additional concrete thickening around the outside edge.
I would advise building it with a double wall & putting a step in the foundation to prevent water penetration. This is especially important if you get any amount of driving rain. You will also need to look at the steel reinforcing.

Foundations will need to be at least 2 feet deep down and also had steel meash/rebar to give it more strength too.Thats what my builder did when building my garage.

I think I have had about enough of your poor thought out comments on this forum. I am removing your access for 4 weeks for this and persistent infringement of the charter.

On your return do not post comments like the above again.
