Apple Warranty on Iphone 4

    My iphone 4 is constantly dropping calls, has to be sent to Apple for repairs but has a slight nick on it (See Photo's) was never dropped. Will it be repaired do you think?

    As a mobile phone it's to be expected that it will get the odd knock, I doubt if Apple would invalidate the warranty because of that scar.

    I agree that we all droped our crappy plastic phones, but do you have any idea how hard it is to bend an iphone 4?
