Panasonic 42G20 Remote Control

Hi all.

Just picked up a G20 plasma last night. Love it to bits. Great picture!

But the shop gave me a remote for it which isn't right. I couldn't figure out how to turn on Viera Cast, and it seems that it's down to my remote. They gave me a remote for an S20 plasma which doesn't have the viera cast button on it.

The model no of the remote I have is N2QAYB.

Could anyone tell me what the model number is of the remote for the G20 so I can call them up and get them to find it/get it for me.

The model number for the tv should be enough if they're to get a remote for it,but maybe someone here has one specifically.

Well, it's probably the case that the remote is in the shop so I don't want to be given another panasonic remote unless it's the right one.

The viera cast button is possibly the only difference

Maybe they might recognise it if you printed one off.

Happy days. There is nothing more annoying than selling the tv that's on display and going to box it up and someone has moved the remote when they tuned it in. There's one fella at work who is always at it but yet 'it isn't him':rolleyes:
