Opps, saw the price on what I recommended was €79 over your budget.

Do need advice on the two you have chosen, or just others in a similar price range?

Thanks for the link, manage to get it on the email, the budget can be increased a bit if needed. But would prefer not to go over the about 400 if I can get something worth.

Its hard to know what advice to give without knowing what you will use it for. If you have lots of music and films and mainly go online, then the Acer should be fine.

If you have many programs on at the same time or use intensive programs then the Lenovo has some better spec.

If you use photoshop etc then having a laptop with a graphics card is worth it but pricier.

    Hi,

Will be mainly for browsing the web, some online videos like youtube or similar, also a few downloads like megaupload or similar, also itunes and maybe burning some cd/dvd's no planning to do any photoshop or very little.

I have a main laptop for work Lenovo t61 so if needed any big programs I could use it or get them to upgrade me.

If you have a main laptop for work, then its really down to yourself. As I've said its a trade off between spec's or HD size. Will you be bringing it with you. Maybe their is a difference in the weight that might help sway your choice. This is sale season, so I doubt you would get much better. Or it will just be another variation of one part being better then another part.
