Madone series. Hard to tell anything else without better resolution. Interesting wheels though.

thanks Seamus, looks to me like the 2009 6.5 pro if my research is correct. Saw an ad for it with a price thats too good to be true, and perhaps is. Im not in the market for a road bike, but im very much tempted purely because of the price! D'mother would kill me tho!

If the price is too good to be true, it's probably been stolen. Especially if it's been advertised without mentioning the model & year of the bike.

Just had a look around and spotted the ad on gumtree. It could be a typo.. 3000 euro sounds like it's in and around the right price I think.

Yeah spotted it too, I would suspect a typo myself. Otherwise, I would be very much suspicious. Nobody takes a €3,500 hit on something for the sake of a quick sale. €3k would be cheap.

I was looking at it again there my self, he has 300 written down twice, so it would be a bit stupid to make the same typo twice. Im thinking either hoax, or robbed but then again could well be genuine. I rang the number for the craic but the phone is switched off, dont know what that means if anything

yeh when I rang the phone i got through to the voice mail. Lets just say, didnt sound like the kind of bloke who would be into speding 4g's on a racing bike :rolleyes:
