    Aldi

    I currently use both the knee and ankle supports, excellent value IMO and so I thought it worth while giving the forum a heads up.

    Not sure about the tape from Lidl, but worth checking out I guess.

    Nice one, might pick up one of those digital scales also, hopefully frighten myself into doing some exercise.

    Makikomi, did you get a look at the focus mits they have on offer? Any use?

    Haven't seen them myself but had my dad pick them up when i was in work. He said they were heavy so thats good enough for me. Not a great answer but might help you decide?
