Hey , i need a bit of help with a question, my boyfriend of almost 4 years is in court next week and worried hes going to be sent away. About 3 months ago he was stopped by the guards while driving his mothers car, he was brought into his local garda station for a urine test. He was told he could be waiting up until an hour before the doctor arrived to take the test, he needed to go the toilet soon after they took him in so he when, as he came out the doctor was there waiting on him, which he wasen't told, he told them he could not go again so offered blood which the doctor could not take. They never gave him the option of the breath test at the side of the road. The thing is he hardly ever drinks i had only left him 5 mins before hand so i know 100% he was not drunk.

Also he was told he is been done for assualt under setion 15 whatever that is i don't know, he used some bad language and banged on the cell door alot, as he was provoked by snide coments by a particular guard, he was locked in a cell for 6 or 7 hours with no clothes on, he came out black and blue you could still see the baton marks on his face a week later i'm only sorry i never took pictures.

The thing is he has a past so is known to the guards in his local area, he has not been in trouble since i have known him, unfortunately if you have a past the guards still give you hassel, i even get hassel off his local guards even tho i have never been in trouble once in my life.

Anyway does anyone know how that would map out in court. Thanks
