Can you save a .doc file to the iPhone from my hotmail

    Hi Guys

    Can you save a .doc file to the iPhone from hotmail on the iPhone? It is not letting me unattach a document for viewing when not online???

    Set up hotmail in the mail app, once you have downloaded the email (inc document) in the app once, you can go back and view it in the email whether you are online or not

    Goodreader for iPhone let you download the email attachment and comes with many other features.
    OP if you get lots of attachment, get Goodreader, it will save you lots of time, download attachments, Zip, Unzip, forward etc.

    Never knew about that. I thought the only way was to use attachment saver from cydia

    I've been using goodreader for ages - it's brilliant. You can save/send attachments, create folders (with password protection if you want). Also allows transfers via USB or wifi. Great pdf viewer too - allows you to reformat text so no need for side scrolling.
