Mk1 Yaris Front Bumper Removal

I know this is a long shot but would anyone on here know exactly how to remove the front bumper on a Mk1 (1999-2005) Yaris?

there you go, the guide is for removing the headlight, but you have to remove the bumper to do this.

the last step to removing the bumper which isint in the guide (as it wasnt necessary to remove the headlight) is when you have done all the steps listed above in the guide, underneath the car there is a black plastic panel protection the sump etc. it has about 8x 10mm bolts in it, just remove them and you should be done.
