Hi lads, just received my new ucaller remote this morning went to try it out this evening and not a gig out of it. I changed the batteries and all that happens when i press play is the light turns red for 5 seconds then either goes out or flashes green. Also when i press the play button i hear a tiny squeak. The remote part doesnt work either, is there something im doing wrong or is the unit faulty. Thanks.

I tried everthing with volume and checking batteries. I changed the batteries again for another set and it made a half attempt at playing a dying cat, so i thought this thing is fxxxxd! I put the original batteries back in so i could send it back and after a 1 minute of strange noises comint from it,it started to work fine remote and all with great sound quality.

If I was you I'd send it back for a new one. The thing is obviously not right and the problem is intermittent.

All you need is for Charlie to be headed your way and the thing pack up or start making strange noises!!
