It depends on the county council. It's meant to be January but in reality for most it's usually February. Your best bet is to keep an eye on the received cheques page.

Exactly what kateos said. You'll want to keep checking here to see when your County gets the second instalment in.
It'll update to show second instalments when they start coming in, so don't worry that it only shows the first now :P

Yeah I was just curious as most grants come in from around now until the end of January and no sign of them coming in through any of the councils as of yet.
