Contractor accountancy firms?

    I'll shortly be setting up my own private limited company (in the UK) but will be working at it part-time as I have a full-time job and don't want to quit that.

    However, I've been reading about Contractor accountancy firms. Basically they are firms that small companies outsource all of their business Admin to.

    For example, these firms will set up your limited company for you (articles of association, etc), manage your accounts, complete your tax returns etc.

    The downside is that they charge about £100 a month for this service. Just wondering if anyone here uses such a service and how valuable they found it.

    Here's an example of what I'm talking about.

    EDIT: Should have said, I'm not thinking of using this particular company but it's an example of the firms that are out there.
