    wondered if anyone(s) out there knows of an official website, publication, for Ireland (EU) where one can acquire the correct values of cars. i'm changing insurances and they require this info. i have a 1998 Ford Fiesta,Encore, 5door, 1299c.,

    Yep, bang on the money, encore is a less desirable spec and 1.25 prefered over 1.3

    Without nct or power steering its less again.

    Couple years back i would say around 200-300 yoyos but now around 500 :P Anyway insuring car that old on comprehensive is nothing else than waste of money. If someone gonna hit u or u hit some1 and scratch a bumper and break headlight your car is going to be written off anyway :P

    tanx for da info..it has power steering and nct for 2yrs..runnin alright..and yeah i did have Comprehensive on it but changing now to third party..

    CHeck what else you lose by downgrading. Windscreen cover? REplacement car? Legal fees? No claims protection? Breakdown assistance?
