I intend publishing a long political spiv online but want to get it checked out to make sure it is defamation action proof -- Ireland, as you are all aware, being a defamation plaintiff's paradise. Any ideas?

First of all its defamation, not libel. Read the act.

Is it fair comment? ie, Brian Cowen molests babies, isnt, unless you have proof.
