1000 YEN Note

My father use to travel worldwide and i used to collect all different banknotes. Anyway, i have found a few old ones. One is a 1000 Yen note. I cant seem to find a date on it,but ive had it since the late 90's. Does anyone know how much there worth because i know Japan got a new 1000 Note in 2004. Thanks
