Moving from one house to another in the same area, does anyone know how much sky charge when you move? Can you get someone local who does this work to move it and then tell sky?

If you or someone else moves it, then all sky need to do is have correct correspondance address.

Sky did have a subsidized install for moving. They install a new dish.

The Sky box doesn't care where it is.
