AK2i, using the AKAIO software, is the best in my book

I've used TT's, R4's and acekard, all worked, plus the price of them has dropped something else recently.

Basically they all do the same thing as far as I can tell.

    EDIT:
If its DS or DSi you'll need a different card, well used to anyway, probably has changed now and DS "should" be cheaper than DSi

BTW is it hard to get that AKAIO F/W on it?

the AKAIO f/w is available from GBATemp.net - It's as simple as copying over the files onto the microSD card :)

Get the Acekard, or the DSTWO if you want more advanced features at the price of battery life.

I have a TTi and have all games working on it. Had to use the WOOD software on it. I have used the R4's and the EZflash cards as weel. I would stay well clear of the EZflash cards. I way prefer the TTi cards because of the layout but the official development on them stopped a long time ago. Haven't tried an Acecard or a Ninja pass but hearing great things about the Ninja

hi just wanted to ask. A friends wants a card for a dsi is there anything that needs to be done or can i just buy one and work away

Usually depends on the firmware of the DSi, if it's above 1.4 then it may require some updating of the card firmware (or it does for the AK2i) unless you buy the card with the latest firmware - some places offer this :)

The R4i says it supports the 1.4.1 F/W so it should be good, havent really had a chance to try them yet.
