    Hi

    I got a new plumbing system ,
    3 zones

    Z1 Water
    Z2 Upstairs
    Z3 Downstairs

Z2 will ignite on Sauter T37 clock , but boiler will not ignite , moterised valve will not tell boiler to start

If Z1 or Z3 is on Z2 will ignite and work no problem . z2 will not work indepently when asked.

Anyone got an answer? , is it plumbing or electrical?

If I was a betting man then I reckon its the open limit switch on the Z2 motorised valve. Mine is wired such that the controller outputs a 220V supply to the actuator via the thermostat (to open/close as appropriate). The limit switch is a separate signal to actually activate the boiler.

Use your controller to try activate Z2 actuator. See if the actuator is moving open/closed. Check that your thermostat for Z2 is also working. If they are all working then it points to the open limit switch on the motorised valve. Could be the switch or the wiring.
