    Saw that on the Guardian site alright, could his face be too covered to provide positive identification though? I doubt it meself cause tis pretty clear but might not hold up in court which would be a bit mad.

    Also whos to say that was indeed the fella who shot him, maybe he was pointing at someone else?

    Obviously it was him like,but them lawyer boyos are sneaky lads
