    Hi everyone,

really hope someone could give some good sound advise, thank u

Check out a number of free plans here - http://www.beginnertriathlete.com/discussion/training/trainingplans-list.asp?h=1

I'd also suggest going back through this forum and looking for other beginner thread titles, as there is a load of info available already.

For a complete starter, I'd suggest the www.c25k.com for running. If you can swim, get in the pool and be sure that you can knock out 1000m with relative ease - if you can't swim, learn! For cycling, maybe try spinning classes in the winter, then in spring get out on the bike and cycle for a couple of hours a week.

Others may be able to add more, but as you've given very little info i.e. your ability, your race goals etc then we've very little to work with :o

I agree, I started in a similar place to you last year and some of the best advice I got is buried in that horribly long thread.
Also Wheelworks did a free Beginners information night which was really usefull.
