Hi guys came across a flush valve earlier that i havent seen before, make matters they disassembled it themselves so im totally stumpt. It basically wont flush, looking at its mechanism it has a cable coming to the push button in a plastic holder which is attached to the underside of the push button, there is also another tube in there near the level float but wasnt attached to THE PUSH BUTTON AT ALL at all, this is just a tube (no cable or anything inside). Its kinda hard to explain without you visualising so here is a photo of a similar one. If anyone knows the set up please advise.

Just found another photo which is very similar aswell, On trying to resolve the issue himself he opened the plastic container attached to the underside of push button because as you will see in the pics there seems to be two ports and he assummed the tube that was in the cistern must of fell off the unused port so tried to attach that to the plastic thing but opening the cable fell out, and that is now where i am stuck trying to align the cable back inside the small plastic container. here is a link of a more detailed description of the valve. http://www.siamp.com/index.php?option=com_hotproperty&task=view&id=53&Itemid=42
