    Hi there, am new to the boards! I want any information anyone can give me on the Irish Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier. We are currently looking into buying one and have a bitch available to us. We have two preschool children and a large garden. Does anyone out there have one and if so could you tell me, how much they cost to feed? which would you go for; a bitch or a dog? How there temperament is? One of our children has a heart condition and we have been told that a dog can be quiet good for calming a child with such conditions (a Bernese was recommended, but far too big for us). All info welcome,
