    Only thing that would put me off is that it is a very poor spec, the sport badge is a bit of a laugh. Being a UK diesel make sure the history and mileage is 100%, I would run the VIN via VW UK or track down it's UK service history.

    Other than that it's a Mexican built Golf with a boot, hardly exciting but an underrated and practical car.

    If that's the same engine as in the co B6 Passat here, I wouldn't touch it with a barge pole. Everytime you go out in it, you'd want to make sure you have your towing eye..........

    Reliable and that engine are not synonymous.

    Asking €10k for a 5 year old Jetta is madness. 2.0 litre PD TDi engine is not the most reliable either.
