    hi there
I'm hoping someone can help me.We have had our stanley for just 2 years. Chimney cleaner wouldnt touch it as it is through the roof and suspende by metal wires. So,eventually hubby got second type of brushes to clean the flue.
Basically there was black ash spurting out of flue.Quite a lot,so with new brushes he climbed on roof and took cap off and cleaned from the top down yesterday.Alot of balc soot came into grate,so thought that would be that. But as soon as I lit the fire more black ash came out, granted it wasnt a huge ammount, but bloody annoying at the same time.
Can anyone tell us what we are doing wrong,is it just manky dirty????
    Thanks in advance
