Passport damaged

    I'm heading over to glasgow on Friday, just got my passport out of the drawer and noticed its in absolutlely rag order, theres a crack in the middle of the main page with my photo and details, then all the pages are folded in, its just very scruffy.
    are they strict in the airport about this? anyway i can get one before friday or an emergency one?

    if you're flying aer lingus a driving license should do you.

    http://www.dfa.ie/home/index.aspx?id=401 should help you with replacement passport. you'll pay a premium though.

    Ryanair.. I'll bring drivers licence as back up, can't afford to pay 100 euro for a passport atm, fingers crossed cheers for ur help

    ryanair won't take your driving license. if your passport isn't good enough then you simply won't be allowed to fly.

    Fcuking hell thats bad.
    Well i've no bags checked so i just have to get through security and hope they'll be lenient at the gate.. here's hoping
