    Anyone else been waiting nearly a month and a half for delivery of a product from them?

    Was supposed to get a midi controller that was repaired back 2 weeks before christmas, it is now january. They said it was a mad mess up of orders or something

    Well there would've been no one working over Christmas so you could discount a week of your wait. Then the general Christmas madness, another week. And of course the weather disruption. And if there was a genuine mix up that'd add time too. So in reality it's not surprising your delivery was delayed.

    I sent it away to be repaired in the second week of november but. Englands only a stones throw away like and theres been plenty of windows open for delivery it was only a crossfader replacement. They rang me and told me it was sent to the wrong address and keep giving me excuses. I have a slight suspicision its M.I.A. and the blames evenly matched between djstore.com and numark so I'm thinking neither want to own up until the other does........or maybe I'm just paranoid :pac:

    Anyone ever have a problem with other companies with something like this? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

    Oh and forgot to add, I got a delivery on like the 14th of december but it was only magazines and the omni control was listed on the invoice thingy I got.
