i know this is an odd place to post, but couldn't find anything relating to chefs. probably just missed it. anyways, i have been thinking about doing a professional cookery course but found out recently that i am gluten intolerant. i know that chefs must readily taste their dishes to make sure they are decent. this would be kind of hard being a coeliac. i have learned there are loads of foods out there that coeliacs can eat, and was just curious if anyone knows of any gluten intolerant chefs out there. its popping up more and more around ireland and figured maybe there might be a gluten free cooking course out there. then again, it might be hard to find a job afterwards. thanks for your help

You probably won't get much answers here, best bet is in the Food & Drink section. They'll know more regarding the intolerancy, but as for courses etc I'm not sure.
