Problem with Whirlpool Dryer.

    Hi Folks,

    Really hope someone can give us some good advice.
    We have a problem with our Whirlpool AWZ241 Tumble Dryer.
    When the drum spins in one direction it works normally.
    However when it changes direction there is an awful noise.

    Is it something major?
    Is it worth getting it repaired or should we be looking into buying a new one?
