Prince of Wales Hotel

Was in Athlone for the New Years Eve Weekend. We were supposed to stay in the Prince of Wales Hotel but they had no water in the rooms, so we moved to the Sheraton. We did however keep to the plan and have dinner in the Prince of Wales on NYE, and I have to say it was fantastic... 5 courses, main was 10oz Ribeye, for €25!…
