Tickets for Holland International

I have been trying to buy tickets for the Holland v Hungary Euro Fixture in March as a present. When I try to buy them on line I have to buy a minimum of 4 for end or 8 for better. Any ideas how I can buy just 2 tickets? Thanks in advance to anyone who answers
