Sky Sports News on UPC?

    A friend of mine has Chorus/UPC and his Sky Sports news is stuck it what seems like 4:3 format. I changed all his TV settings to 16:9 to try and fix it but it still doesn't. Are there any ways to fix this on the box itself as I can't seem to find it on the Chorus remote or settings.

    Yes you change it on the box.
