Apple I Pod Touch

    Hi...I bought an I Pod Touch for my son this Christmas. I have downloaded I-Tunes software to enable the device to turn on. However I have tried to sync his cds from Windows Media player or import them to I Tunes so as to put them on his I Pod but I can't do it. Can anyone please explain the process to me as simply as possible as we are disappointed with not being able to use it for music. Thanks.
