Airlock or not

I had air lock in cold taps and sorted that, now when use power shower, there is no other hot water in any other taps, hot tap will work when turn off shower,is this airlock issue or something else, I tried usual airlock solution on tap but still cuts off when shower is turned on? Any ideas, Thanks.

Have you a twin impellor pump on you're water system?

thanks for reply, it is a twin pump for 2 showers and bath. not for taps.
