How is a WM drum suspended?

Hi. Last night during a spin our Whirlpool AWO 10761 started to make a loud noise knocking noise. The drum seemed to be shaking badly so I stopped and drained the machine. I popped off the back but couldn't see anything out of place. I tried another spin cycle but there was the same shaking of the drum.
The drum seems to have a lot of play in/out (from the door to the back). Is this normal? I can shift it 4-6 inches with s moderate push.
The 2 shock absorbers at the bottom of the drum and the 2 springs at the top seem to be connected fine and it's not possible to shift the drum far up/down/left/right.

Any ideas before I put in a call to whirlpool tomorrow?

    Cheers.

Have a look at where the shock absorbers are joined to the drum.A simple push may not be enough to show you that the mount has snapped off the outside of the drum.
Some machines also have concrete balast to stop them jumping around the kitchen, one of these may have also become detached.

Thanks rx8. I've had the front off there too and everything seems to be as it should. All of the ballast is secure and the 4 mounts all look ok too.

Was really hoping I could figure it out myself but it looks like I'll have to call in the pros in the morning.
