    Hi all,

I am writing this post on behalf of my mother. She would like to learn how to swim again but is extremely nervous due to something that happened to her a number of years ago.
Anyone have any advice on where to go to classes for nervous swimmers in the D15 area, or even a little bit further if needed ? People with previous experience of these classes?

    Cheers

A lot of people are nervous about learning to swim, so don't think she'd be on her own.
Inquire in the National Aquatic Centre, looks like they have a class especially for this: NAC Classes.
