Drogheda - Slane road open?

The slane road was closed before christmas, i have to make a journey out that way later on, can anyone tell me if its open or is it still routed through collon? Thanks.

I'm sure it's reopened now, but check AA roadwatch, they're usually up to date with what's happening.

Yes it reopened, but be careful of the speed limits - it appears that the stretch of road between Dolly Mitchell's pub and Slane village is still showing signs for 50kph (they might have been temporarily there while work went on, but they haven't been taken away yet!).
