    Yep. Not the second one.

    Just the one with the girls. With the girls it's believable (I've a friend like that :rolleyes:), with the fellas he's just an eejit.

    The last time I bitched about a Meteor ad on Boards (I think it was the one with the girl and all the knitting crap) I was told off on Twitter by a friend of the "DON'T LAUGH!!" girl :rolleyes:.

    The NY ad is better than previous Meteor ads, in that it is in some way realistic. The London ad is pushing it though. I would have just hung up :P.

    Still though, they have come a long way from tea cosy wearing, beardy students.

    I hate those ads. Well the USA one anyway. Haven't even seen the UK one until now. Can't put my finger on it. They are just irritating. Meteor do have a knack for producing extremely annoying ads. Everyone in them you usually just want to punch in the face. Well I do anyway.

    Exactly.He has a beautiful girl waiting to have coffee with him and he's entertaining that mental patient banging on about sheep? Anyone would just hang up and have the phone on silent in a heartbeat.

    I do like the ad though.
