Lake house

    I am looking to rent a lake house for the summer.

    The kids watched the Adam Sandler movie Grown Ups and are obsessed with having a holiday in a house right on a lakes edge.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Try Inis Beg in Baltimore West Cork , they have a lake house but It may be only for adults I m not sure , I know its not cheap though

    There's a lot around Lough Corrib and Lough Mask. I stay here: http://www.selfcateringcong.com/

    The big house is the owners house, you can either stay in the little gaff attached to it, or the cottage up the road.
    If you google Corrib self catering or mask self catering you'll find lots. I prefer to stay a few hundred yard up the hill from the lake to avoid the flies. You get a better view too. The cottage i put a link to has an amazing view one of the best of lough corrib, but the cottage itself is badly laid out.
