handlebar stem??

i have a felt flite road bike,bottom of the range model,im lookin for a 120ml stem,mine is v short,would any make fit aslong as its 120ml or is there other measurments also?thanks

Yes, you also have to consider the diameter of the bars. 25.4mm is the traditional diameter but 31.8mm oversized are more common nowadays.
