    Hey,
Want to get back in the gym but i hate working out in busy gyms:mad:
Any gym regulars out there who can tell me when the gym is most and least busy?

I assume it'll be pretty busy for the next few weeks what with new year resolutions etc. I know I'll be going for the first time anyway...

Did you do a gym induction? I really recommend those, the staff are great. :)

Depends who you do it with though. I suggest Niamh. She's great. There's a guy there who's not the best but I can't remember his name.

Oh and in my experience, during the college day, 10-12 is usually pretty quiet. Relatively so anyway. I always try to get there at that time and it's really nice around then. I rarely use the pool, is that busy when the gym's busy or are there peak times fairly independant?

Any time other than 8:30am to 12pm, and maybe 2pm to 4pm, is a nightmare. The pool is generally busy around the exact same times as the gym is.

Lunch times, and after work finishes is jammed. I'd say best bet is before 12 or between 2 and 5. Pool is generally the same.
