Womens Attitude to Condoms and Pill?

Hi - Should a woman who is on the pill be expecting a long term boyfriend to wear condoms?, or is that a case of over-worrying?

Is it statistically much safer to be using both forms of contraception?.

I will also attempt to post this in the ladies lounge to see the comparison of replies to this

Yes, if she wants her boyfriend using condoms he shouldn't try to coerce her not to.

Since both are statistically about 97% effective with perfect use, the odds of both failing at the same time are astronomical.

The pill does not protect against STD's, so unless both partners have been tested recently, they should use condoms.

It's not over worrying, it's taking due care and attention to ones sexual health.
